Volunteer Tutoring

Volunteers are at the heart of our tutoring program.  To volunteer, you must meet the following criteria:

• Must be a sophomore in high school or older

• Able to assist 3rd through 8th grade students in the following subjects:

  • Math

  • Social Studies

  • Religion

  • Reading

  • Language Arts

  • Science

  • Spelling/Vocabulary

• Have a warm and friendly personality

• Willing to work with children

• Able to work with students after school, Monday - Friday from 3:30 PM - 4:30 PM

NOTE TO ST. FRANCIS DESALES PARENTS:  Volunteering with the tutoring program can be counted towards your volunteer hours.
