Tuition for the 20010-2011 school year is $4500.00

MUST pay $50 Registration Fee, Registration will not be
processed without Registration fee)

Registration Forms are available at the School Office from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Friday.

Tuition for the 2010-2011 school year is $4500.00.  Class size is limited to 25 students per class. Spaces are filled on a first come, first serve basis.  Registration form and $50.00 registration fee are due at the time of registration (There is one (1) registration fee per household).  This fee is applied to your 2009-2010 tuition.
Volunteer Tuition Aid Fee of $100.00 is deducted from the tuition at the end of the school year IF you work 20 hours at various PTO functions or by working in the school kitchen, volunteering as a tutor or assisting a teacher on a field trip.  For school-related functions, please sign-in with the Board Member or Teacher in charge.

You may also apply for tuition aid from CISE (Catholic Inner City School Fund) from Private School Aid Service (PSAS), there is a processing fee of  $20.00.  You MUST send a check or money order, made payable to Private School Aid Service, along with your completed application form and verification of income.  See instruction sheet enclosed with financial aid form.  If you need a Tuition Aid Form or assistance filling out the form,  please contact the office at 513-961-1953.  Funds are limited , so apply as soon as possible. WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE EVERYONE TO APPLY FOR THE CISE TUITION AID.  Please be sure to fill out the PSAS form no matter what your income is.  You may receive some tuition aid. 

It is extremely important to send a current copy of the following, failure to do so will delay your child's admittance to our school:

Birth Certificate
Most recent report card
Immunization Records
Proof of Address (i.e. Phone Bill, Utility Bill, Cable/Satellite Bill)
IEP (Special Education Program), if applicable
Baptismal Certificate (if Catholic)

 

All students in grades K-8 MUST be up to date on all shots.  All students entering the Kindergarten must have the second MMR (measles, mumps, rubella) vaccine and evidence submitted to the school before the first day in order to be admitted.  Students who are not in compliance with State Law on having all the required shots, will not be admitted to class on the first day of school or until shot record is current.

Our school psychologist will screen new students in grades 4 through 8 for ability and placement.  If testing shows that the child does not give promise of successfully completing the academic program or would not be asset to the school, most of the registration fee will be refunded.  It is non-refundable for any other reason. 

All testing will be scheduled on a first come, first serve basis, after the $50.00 registration fee has been paid.  This DOES NOT reserve a place for your child in any way.  It is possible that your child's grade placement will be closed before testing date.  In the event that this should happen, you will be notified and the $50.00 fee will be refunded.  On the day of testing we MUST have your child's current report card.  This is extremely important, as the psychologist will not test without it.
