My name is Ms. Cherrington and I am your child's 2nd grade teacher. I am excited to kick off the 2008-2009 school year. I have a lot of fun and engaging activities planned for the year so please send your child ready and awake for class. On the first day of school, August 19th, 2008, your child will take home a lot of papers and information for the school year. Please read over each sheet carefully. The information is very valuable. Along with a supply list, expectations for the year, and a welcome letter, there is homework the first week of school!!!!!Observations and volunteer classroom helpers are encouraged! Please set up a time and date with me and the office.
