6th Grade Cell Project

Procedure:  Using materials of their choice, students will construct an animal or plant cell.

                    Project must include all cell organelles

Requirements:  Cell construction must be three dimensional.  This means that the project must have

  depth (not a flat, drawn picture).

Suggested Materials:  Old plastic containers,

ping-pong, golf, or Styrofoam balls

string, ribbon

construction paper

plastic wrap

aluminum pie plates

Please do not feel you have to go out and buy materials.  Just use things that you might have laying around the house/apartment.
